In my life I've traveled to over 52 countries… I've seen things and experienced places that have filled my soul with beauty and hope.
One is the places I’ve found true solace is when I’m exploring around Torrey Pines State Park. Whether surfing, hiking or shooting the rare Torrey Pine trees, I always have a sense of well being when I’m there…
I recently captured the beauty of the park for the UCSD Gary & Mary West Emergency Care Facility. The collection is printed onto sound proof panels, giving the Emergency Room a sense of peace. The large scale photographic murals of the park give the patients and staff a place to rest, bathing them in the beauty of torrey pine tree forest.
This Torrey Pines Collection consists of some of my gallery best sellers from the area as well as new images.
One of the photos was captured by my son, Saxon, of the cliffs that meet the ocean, as seen from his perspective on a surfboard.
Many San Diegans take solace when they drive on this stretch of Highway 101, enjoying the beauty of this most scenic road...
It’s my hope that this collection is a reminder to appreciate the beauty of nature, where ever you are.

This iconic drive in the morning sun along the winding coastal road brings serenity to the moment. The dramatic cliffs of Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, make it a perfect representation of Del Mar’s coastal beauty. The location is particularly special as it’s part of one of the largest stretches of untouched coastline in Southern California.
