By Aaron Chang
It’s always fun in the summer to paddle out to catch that one last wave before the day ends.
In this shot, a new swell was rising. It was the perfect end to a tropical summer day.
I always love the energy of a new swell, bringing life and movement to the ocean.
Whether surfing or shooting, the aerated water always brings a feeling of renewal, washing the dust off your body and soul.
I am excited to introduce my latests abstract, Pacific Blue as a horizontal and vertical work, to help you customize the beauty of the moment perfectly for your space.
As with many of my new releases it is also a surfboard… my surfboard art collection uses algae-based blanks, which are much gentler on the environment than their petroleum predecessors.
It is my hope that Pacific Blue brings you a sense of wonder — that it ignites your senses and helps you to hear the beckoning call of the ocean.
ACRYLIC:
PREMIUM GALLERY FINISH
Our premium process is our gold standard and is photographic paper face-mounted to acrylic. 95% of what we show at our galleries and sell is in this medium.
This medium is optically printed onto Fuji Crystal Archival paper Pearlescent base on Fuji paper is HIGHLY reflective of light
The richest, most vibrant color technically possible. The result: colors light up and lay down according to the light source. They truly come alive
Our most vibrant medium
The back frame is a recessed frame on the back of the print that mounts to a cleat or z-bar, for easy hanging
This gives a very beautiful and modern appearance of the print floating off the wall
METAL:
DELUXE ALUMINUM FINISH
This pigment print onto metal is a modern, clean look. It is lighter weight than our Premium acrylic medium and costs up to 30% less.
Ink is printed onto paper and infused into the metal.
Default finish is glossy, for the greatest depth of color
Durable and UV stable
Can withstand cleaning with bleach, making it a suitable medium for healthcare settings
